New landmark at Zollhafen Mainz
The Zollhafen Mainz has got a new landmark: ZigZag is a unique office ensemble that was realized in the north of the new Mainz city quarter. Thanks to its direct location on the Rhine harbor basin and a generously planned public square, offices have been created here with flair and an innovative concept that picks up on the maritime location and combines working and living environments in an exemplary manner.
Zig Zag started construction of a frame building in 2018. The streetcar stops in front of the door, the city center can be reached in a few minutes. Frankfurt Airport or other locations in the Rhine-Main region are easily accessible via direct highway connections.
Attractive interiors, desirable surroundings
The block section of ZigZag forms an efficient, young and contemporary office building. There are also plans for a café on the ground floor with seating on the square in front of the building. The rented areas will have a modern design that exudes a creative appeal. The space concept aims to realise open areas for meetings and contact alongside separate offices and private rooms.
In common with all new buildings by CA Immo, ZigZag will be planned and constructed in compliance with stringent sustainability criteria.
