Construction Management Office and Hotel Tower ONE, Frankfurt. Construction Time: 2017 – 2022

CA Immo has realised a new landmark on the Frankfurt skyline in a central location in Frankfurt am Main under the name ONE. Unlike all other high-rise buildings in the city, ONE not only combines several uses under one roof, but also makes use of synergy effects and interlocks the uses with each other. The lower 14 floors are used as a hotel with a restaurant and conference area, while the upper floors are designed as office space. A jointly used lobby, a co-working space extending over several floors and a sky bar at a height of 185 metres form the backbone and urban heart of the building.

The location of the new skyscraper could not be more predestined: In the immediate vicinity are Messe Frankfurt and the Kap Europa congress centre, major international companies such as PwC, Reuters, Goldman Sachs or Microsoft, as well as the Skyline Plaza lifestyle centre with over 120 shops, Frankfurt’s largest roof garden, numerous restaurants and the Meridian Spa fitness and wellness oasis. ONE blends harmoniously into Frankfurt’s famous skyline of the banking district and captivates with its unusual architecture from the pen of the Frankfurt-based young office Meurer Generalplaner GmbH.
