My Base and My Berlin
With MY.B, CA Immo has realised another office building with a gross floor area of around 16,500 m² in Europacity Berlin. The very name MY.B refers to the building concept, which is particularly oriented towards the requirements and values of modern working environments and office solutions. Diverse, informal communication zones and a spacious, multifunctional lobby with café, lounge and co-working spaces bring the urbanity of the city into the building. An additional meeting, conference and fitness zone can be flexibly rented, be it for workshops, personal training or yoga classes. The outdoor terrace, which can be accessed from the lobby, and the landscaped, open-plan inner courtyard also offer flexible work and recreation spaces.
Europacity is currently the most modern and innovative office and residential location in the capital. The architecture of the MY.B, penned by the international firm Henn Architekten, also lives up to this claim. The appearance of the 120-metre-long MY.B follows the course of Heidestraße, which makes a striking bend here. The façade takes up this bend on the top floor and then shifts it downwards a few metres floor by floor. The sustainably planned building has received DGNB certification in the gold category.
