With a total surface of approx 35.000 m² and a total height of 110 m the new office highrise is located in Frankfurts Financial District in prime location – situated directly on the river Main waterfront. The modern Green Building includes a portal building with surface of 8.000 m² and a Tower with 27.000 m². With the remarkable silhouette the building enhances the Frankfurt skyline and offers its tenants an unique panoramic view over the Main river and the city. The portal building with an approx. 800 m² large roof terrace and rooftop garden constitutes as the entrance to the Tower.
