Hochhaus am Europaplatz
The high-rise building on Europaplatz is a modern, approximately 84 meter high Class A office high-rise in the immediate vicinity of Berlin’s main railway station. Completion of the 100% pre-rent landmark building is scheduled for the end of 2023.
The building extends over a total of 22 floors and was designed to meet the needs of the long-term tenant KPMG. In addition to the office floors, the building will feature a modern conference center and a cafeteria for employees – the so-called “Sky Deli” on the top floor of the building. In addition, employees will have access to two roof terraces on the roof of the base building. On the ground floor, a spacious lobby with a multi-storey atrium and a restaurant, which is also open to the public, invite both visitors and employees. There are 284 car parking spaces available to users, 18 of which have an e-charging station. In addition, approximately 200 bicycle parking spaces can be used, 30 of which have an e-bike charging station.
Like all CA Immo office buildings, the high-rise building on Europaplatz is being constructed as a green building and DGNB Gold certification is being aimed for.
