Built on the site of a former container rail depot, Arnulfpark® is a 45-acre prime commercial and residential development. Around 1,000 apartments and 4,500 jobs are expected to be created here.
As a representative of the owner and development support Vivico Real Estate GmbH, omniCon has controlled planning and construction services for natural gas, decommissioning, remediation, ordnance clearance and disposal as well as we have prepared development works for traffic areas and open spaces and the areas for the sale and takeover by the city of Munich. As a preparatory measure, the renovation of a large area of the former power plant was necessary because of tar oil damage.
