Project Controlling and Management of third- party investment projects
During the construction phase omniCon led the project controlling and management for new construction projects at Berlin Brandenburg International airport (BER) in a consortium with Schüßler Plan and BAL Berlin. 5 new projects were set up, consisting of 10 individual buildings.
3 parking garages, 1 terminal near car park, 1 rental car center
3 buildings for ground handling services, 1 building for security services
1 reception building
The Schönefeld Airport has been extended to an area of 970 ha in the course of expansion into BBI. The new airport is now 1,470 hectares, equivalent to 2,000 football fields.
