Shopping at Alexanderplatz
“Alexa” Shopping Centre is located directly next to the Alexanderplatz in Berlin. The architectorial concept of the portuguese investor Sonae Sierra is characterized by brightness, exalted ceiling heights and a colourful mediterranean art deco interior design. Alexa offers a sales area of over 54,000 m² with space for around 180 shops. 1,600 parking spaces located on 3 basements are available for visitors. All constructions were awarded and implemented by us as “general contractor replacement” within budget, on time. The placing of orders happend in individual assignments.
