CA Immo has completed the cube berlin office building after just under 3 years of construction. The building was constructed as a solitary building in a prominent location directly on Washingtonplatz next to Berlin’s main railway station.

The architecturally spectacular building was developed by CA Immo as a “smart”, fully digitalised building, in order both to make the building’s operation much more efficient and to provide numerous additional services for office tenants.

cube berlin was already fully let before completion. CA Immo’s investment in the building amounted to around 100 million euros. CA Immo had sold the building to the investor Nuveen Real Estate before construction had even started.
